Individual therapy is a collaborative process between the client and therapist. In the first session, I will gather some background information from you and get a sense as to what brings you into counseling. From there, I partner with you to help identify goals to work toward in therapy. Throughout the therapy process, we will unveil patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you from reaching your goals or living the life you want.
